Working With Akio During COVID-19

Our overall approach to COVID-19

Following the directives issued by the South African Government, we are implementing a model of social distancing & working from home. This will not only contribute to flattening the curve of infection but also allow us to maintain a high degree of service delivery and undisrupted operations.

Impact for work and deliverables

All projects, monthly retainers and ad-hoc work will continue as usual, notwithstanding slight modifications where necessary.

Communicating With Us During The Lockdown Period 

  • Meetings
    All physical meetings are cancelled until further notice. If needs be, we are open to doing a video conference call through Skype or Zoom.
  • Emails
  • Email communication remains our preferred primary means of communication.  Please afford slightly longer response times over the lockdown period as we are working with reduced staff members.
  • Phone Calls
    Our virtual landline will be operational during our normal business hours which are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

    We will continuously engage with all our technology partners to ensure that your website’s uptime and technical health are maintained.
  • Website Traffic and Performance
    During this difficult period, some websites may experience drops in website traffic, leads and sales. Akio will undertake every measure possible to ensure we mitigate this for our clients.
